Marketing Manager - Promotions and Operations

 As a Manager, you will be instrumental in coordinating and executing our marketing promotions while ensuring seamless operations within the marketing department.

Responsibilities:

Manage the weekly internal promotion calendar and ensure timely execution.

Collaborate closely with the copywriter to develop compelling offers for internal promotions.

Work hand-in-hand with designers to create effective sales funnels for promotional campaigns.

Implement and oversee internal promotions using ActiveCampaign or similar platforms.

Serve as a key point of contact for JV partners, coordinating the preparation and distribution of promotional materials.

Efficiently manage JV partner promotion campaigns to maximize impact.

Develop and refine operational processes to optimize workflow efficiency.

Assign tasks and responsibilities within the marketing team, ensuring clear communication and accountability.

Provide regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Must be proficient in English. 

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Working knowledge of email service providers such as ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, etc.

Demonstrated experience in managing marketing campaigns.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to create and streamline operational processes.

Competent in task management and delegation.

Capable of producing insightful daily and weekly reports on campaign performance.
