Location: Malta only.

Budget: 30-35K EUR/year gross, up to 40K EUR/year gross for a great candidate.

Languages: English and German - Advanced+.

Role: Content Coordinator – Team Lead

Ability to ensure that the team is working well and reaching required deadlines in a timely manner;
Strong project management skills: the ability to work on multiple projects, organize and prioritize, and respond quickly to changes.

 
Your Responsibilities will include but won’t be limited to:

Setting tasks for all team members giving each one clear projects and deadlines;
Effectively managing team load – oversee any leave requests;
Fostering a team spirit with priority given to working face to face from the office;
Being present in the office (except on occasion) to offer face to face support to your team;
Being a liaison between the content coordinators in your team and senior management;
Informing senior management of any gaps in knowledge;
Carrying out quarterly performance evaluations for your team and thereafter giving feedback to operations;

Creating content templates for engaging content to be published on various websites;
Designing articles in a way that entices and maintains readers’ curiosity;
Optimizing web content and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks;
Ensuring high quality of content and revising work for your team members to ensure quality is high across the board;
Creating guidelines to optimize landing pages for search engine marketing;
Using analytics to evaluate digital strategies and create reports with recommendations to increase reach and engagement;
Developing an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics.

Qualities considered to be an asset:

Knowledge of another language such as German and/or Spanish at near native level;
Experience in a similar role;
A degree in a related field;
Proven leadership skills.
