In this role you will act as a subject matter expert for support area. You are going to be responsible for quickly providing a good analysis of an incident and a solution to it in order to restore the disturbed service as soon as possible.
 
Take a look at your responsibilities:

• Investigate, diagnose and report incidents found;
• Determines if an incident needs to be escalated according to priority of the issue;
• Verify that the incident is resolved and close the incident;
• Participate in Continual Service Improvement;
• Monitor the Incidents and manage workload in their respective queues to ensure that Service Level Agreement is respected.

 
Your path to success requires:

• Experience in technical support / troubleshooting;
• Good knowledge of computer and SQL;
• Knowledge of operating systems, such as Windows and Linux is nice to have;
• Programming experience is welcomed;
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills;
• Communicate effectively in technical and non-technical areas in English;
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences or other related fields is a plus.
