For our clients - American Telecommunications Company - we are looking for a Technical Customer Support!
Our client is the world's largest telecommunications company by revenue and the third largest provider of mobile telephone services in the U.S.
Location: Slovakia (Košice or Bratislava)
Working shifts: morning, day and night shifts; 8 hours working times' 6 working days in a week.
Main responsibilities:
Respond to customer phone calls as the 'first line' of technical support.
Resolve issues from basic technical advice to troubleshooting and repair planning.
What do we expect from you:
English language B2-C1.
Orientation in basic technical terms (wi-fi, routers, HDMI cable, operating systems, etc).
Good organization skills and attention to details.
Logical thinking and passion for problem solving.
What to expect from us:
Official employment.
Salary from 1,400 per month + bonuses + one-time payment for relocation.
Social package according to Slovak Labor Code.
