Planton Solutions is a software company that started out specializing in the implementation, development, maintenance, and consulting services for the financial sector. While we still work with our respected clients in the banking industry, our products are meant to serve any industry that has to deal with managing large amounts of data.

At the moment we are looking for a B2B sales representative who will perform sales and customer relations tasks to drive the sales of our software products (SysbuPro Low-code Platform, CRM, HR, Document Management System) and our company’s services.

You will have daily direct interaction with customers and leads, either face-to-face or at a distance via the phone or online platforms.

- Primary job duty is to sell technology software products and related services to B2B (financial institutions from Moldova and other countries, small businesses to large enterprises).
- Strategically design a sales plan to effectively manage the territory to maximize incoming revenue and profits to meet monthly/annual quota objectives.
- Analyze market drivers and utilize market data to develop and recommend strategies to grow the book of business.
- Initiate contact with leads and respond to requests for information. Provide information about products and services, highlighting software solutions that can address customer challenges.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of client business needs and offer the appropriate business solutions that help each achieve their strategic business goals

- Gain access and build relationships with key executives and decision-makers.
- Maintaining an updated CRM (Hubspot)
- Cold calling, prospecting for new businesses and making outbound calls.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding their needs and anticipating them in advance.
- Participate in the development, presentation and sales of the product.
- Manage client communications

- Must have good customer service skills and the ability to deliver a persuasive sales pitch. Solid negotiation and leadership abilities.
- A strong work ethic and understanding that self-discipline and hard work are a minimum standard for success in Sales.
- Proven ability to learn and execute a sales process.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills including the ability to explain and demonstrate a technical product to both decision-makers and end-users.
- Familiarity with modern sales engagement and automation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.
- A mission-driven mindset, excited about working in a company that is striving to deliver products that help make the world a better place.
- Has experience in the full life cycle of sales: prospecting, selling, and closing.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication with particularly strong phone skills.
- Proven success in B2B sales.
- English, Romanian and Russian verbal and written skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, prospecting skills, self-motivation, and professionalism
