Communications Assistant

RightAngle is an expert network, we specialize in arranging ultra-fast 1-hour consultations between professionals and consulting firms worldwide. RightAngle is a sister company of DevelopmentAid, with its headquarters in Chisinau, Moldova.

Our business is heavily dependent on the ability to maintain relationships with professionals for future client projects and therefore we’re looking for a Communications Assistant to help us grow and manage our roster of consultants.

The main responsibilities of a Communications Assistant are:

• Manage several LinkedIn pages
• Identify and contact professionals on LinkedIn
• Communicate with professionals to explain our business model and opportunities (no calls required)
• Collecting data shared by professionals (CVs, emails, and phone numbers)
• Update and maintain our database of experts with the obtained information.

Requirements:

• Good written and verbal communication skills (in English)
• Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to new operating systems
• Experience with online searches, CRMs, or sourcing tools is an advantage
• Initiative and the confidence to start things from scratch
• Able to motivate yourself and think strategically.

Working hours: You'll usually work a regular 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday week. This job is on-site, with hybrid option possible in the future.
