Currently ProCredit Bank Moldova is looking for:

Lawyer

Location: Chisinau

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on the new Bank products and services ensuring that are in line with current legal framework;
• Develop and review of contract templates for various banking products and services;
• Drawing up a regular basis summary on amendments made in the national laws and regulations relating to the Bank’s activity;
• Providing support to all departments regarding the compliance of Bank’s operations with current legal framework, internal rules and standards;
• Together with other departments responsible to foster a compliance culture throughout the Bank;
• Responsible for compliance risk managing at the bank level;
• Review and approve all contracts signed at the bank level with third parties;
• Elaboration and record of powers of attorney issued on behalf of the Bank and their notarial authentication;
• Provide necessary legal support to all Branches and Head Office departments/units.

Requirements:

• University degree in Law;
• Relevant working experience, more than 2 years  (experience in banking sector is an advantage);
• Good communication skills;
• Good command of English (spoken and written);
• Excellent computer literacy;
• Ability to systematically and logically analyze information;
• Ability to work independently and perform complex activities and analysis;
• Attention to details and commitment to quality of the work performed;
• Willingness and ability to learn and to improve continuously;
• Team player.
