Job description:

Book loads and give updates to brokers

Be always in touch with brokers and try to make a partnership (dedicated lanes)

To solve unexpected issues faced by the drivers and support the drivers with the necessary information

Communicate to the planning if there are difficulties with the plan execution/propose possible solutions/change the instructions to the drivers accordingly

To ensure the transport paperwork is correctly received

Expectations to candidate:

Organized, flexible, open-minded and stress resistant

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient user of Microsoft Office

Knowledge of Romanian, Russian and English (at least upper-intermediate level)

High education degree is not a must

Experience as a transport dispatcher is an advantage 1 year
