Customer Support Agent

Business Class — is a global travel product company from the USA. We sell business and premium class air tickets and offer the best price and service for your flight.

We are looking for experienced Customer Support Agents to join the team and want our Traveler Support professionals to deliver an excellent customer experience. You will assist and provide our clients with support for their reservations as they prepare to travel the world.

We provide a competitive base salary and monthly incentive bonus based on performance.

Requirements:

Proficient in both verbal and written English (upper-intermediate +)
Effective communication skills to interact positively with customers
High attention to details to ensure information is processed accurately
Strong problem solving skills to address issues with good judgement and available resources
Personal integrity

Good to have

Prior experience in a call center or other customer service related environment is preferable (but not required)
Proficiency with sales management software and CRM.
Travel industry knowledge and GDS skills

Responsibilities:

Deliver the best personalized support to our clients while solving any issues related to their bookings
Assist customers and provide consultation regarding travel rules, regulations, restrictions
Be engaged in conversations with company’s clients while simultaneously navigate through various systems in a timely and efficient manner
Process ticket exchanges and refunds as requested by traveler
Handle the incoming requests using creative solutions
