Sales Development Representative

GoParrot is growing! We're looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team and play a key role in our rapid expansion throughout North America. Our game-changing technology enables restaurants to provide their customers with a high quality, custom branded online ordering experience (order ahead, pick up, and delivery). Our customers tell us our point of sale integration and user interface are the best they’ve seen in the industry, and we’re just getting started. We’re not a third party delivery app. We enable restaurants to service and communicate with their customers directly, resulting in a better experience and increased sales. GoParrot is well funded and we’re taking our business to the next level!

Responsibilities will include identifying and connecting with qualified hospitality industry prospects via email and phone. The role may also include conducting initial conversations with executives about their restaurant’s online ordering business and their operational requirements.

We’re looking for a go-getter! If you're looking to get in on the ground floor where there is plenty of opportunities to grow, this is it!

Work/Educational Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales development role preferred
  • Strong written and verbal skills in English with an ability to convey complex ideas simply
  • Experience working with a sales CRM (Salesforce, Outreach, Zoho, etc.) preferred
  • Restaurant experience (waiter, hostess, bartender) a plus 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify key prospects through extensive research and target them through email marketing, cold calling, and other strategies
  • Grow, manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Continually improve and innovate SDR processes for current and future team members
  • Accelerate customer adoption


  • Fluent in the English language and ability to communicate naturally with business owners in the USA
  • Highly self-motivated, go-getter with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Agile thinker, quick learner
  • Ability to lead simultaneous initiatives in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Coachable, receptive to feedback and implements immediately
  • Desires working in a start-up environment
  • Execution focused, gets things done
