A leading Qatar-based food export company is searching for a representative / assistant for a full-time position both remotely and at the company’s office in Chisinau.

The Role

Candidate will be actively involved in the coordination and management of all documents related process. This includes and is not limited to frequent interactions with the Chamber of Commerce, Embassies, other authorities & Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Location - Remote / Office in Chisinau

Your responsibilities:

  • handling, controlling and managing all documentation;
  • handling administrative tasks in a timely manner;
  • following invoicing procedures and signing contracts with clients.

Your competencies:

  • Ability to speak English 
  • good computer literacy;
  • advanced business communication skills;
  • previous experience in similar role is an advantage;
  • ability to meet deadlines;
  • good time management skills;
  • ability to operate within an international team environment;
  • a flexible and positive mindset.

We offer:

  • Salary negotiable + tip;
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 15:00
  • Fast-paced, internal training.
