About Us: Golden Maids, a trusted name in Toronto home cleaning services, is seeking an organized and customer-focused team member.
Requirements: Strong organizational and communication skills, customer service mindset, multitasking abilities, and proficiency in email and phone support. Quickbooks experience is a plus.
Fluent English (oral and written).
Responsibilities:
Customer Relations: Inquiries, scheduling, complaints, and follow-ups.
Administrative Support: Emails, advertising, invoices, and appointments.
Communication and Coordination: Maid scheduling, payment assistance, and WhatsApp Business.
Hiring and Training: Posting ads, newcomer support, and transition coordination.
We Offer:
Probation period: 3 months with a starting base salary of 14000 MDL.
Competitive salary after probation (Base + Tiered Commission) with limitless earnings potential.

Official employment.
Professional working environment with a friendly team and comfortable office.
Evening shift: 3:30 pm to 00:00 am (working shift may vary).
5 Business days of unpaid training (4 pm-7:30 pm).
