Ideal canditate:
Excellent technical background and extensive experience as Service Engineer, Microsoft Word and Pwpoint, outlook, Knowledge of LSA, Quality and HSE regulatory environment, Team work and availability to travel. Fluent english.

Job description:
• Deploy a variety of training methods – Online, Skype, Classroom etc…
• Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
• Send weekly reports of the status of selected personnel progress
• Create & maintain internal training programs based on make and type
• Create and maintain external training programs based on make and type
• Planning and preparation of the training modules (videos and presentation) for service engineers belonging to BC Service Group according to SOLAS identifying dedicated training per make and type as requested by MSC 1277 and 402 (96)
• Organizing and conducting standard training sessions and dedicated ones either onboard or in the office to improve service engineer’s deficiencies
• Organization of test to verify service engineer’s knowledge of particular topics
• Periodical evaluation of service engineers together with Service Dept.
