JOB BRIEF

We are looking for a Junior Event & Digital Communication Specialist to help organize and manage digital communication and event marketing activities to achieve our business objectives.

If you’re good in communication, “coordinator” is your second name, and you’d like to be part of a young and motivated team, we’d really like to meet you.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute brand digital communication strategy, collaborating with brand teams and digital communication agencies
• Assist and realizing brand and company events, from planning to on-site coordination
• Develop effective relationships with internal and external partners
• Supervise staff at events, assign duties, and provide general direction
• Organize & keep in good shape event equipment & materials

EDUCATION AND OPERATIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• University degree
• Experience in Marketing within FMCG is a plus

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Fast learner
• Good negotiation skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Organizational skills, experience meeting tight deadlines
• Results-driven attitude
• A creative mindset
• Microsoft Office literacy
• Driving license category B
• Fluent in English, Romanian and Russian
