HR Supervisor

Role Purpose:

• Developing and delivering the full spectrum of HR service, products and systems that drive business performance and contributes to the realization of the company mission;

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with departmental heads to formulate business plans.
• Analyzing business metrics to identify HR-related opportunities for improvement
• Advising departmental heads on performance management
• Guiding departmental heads on restructuring, employee allocation, and succession planning
• Assisting HR management in delivering value to the organization
• Organizing reach strategic goals by attracting and hiring top-performing employees
• Recommending recruiting strategies to ensure a successful search
• Providing advice, education and coaching on employee relation issues to ensure compliance with Anadolu Efes values;

Knowledge / Skills / Experience:

• University degree (Master's level preferred);
• Knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management;
• Upper-intermediate English skills;
• Ms Office - proficient user;
• Strong communication, presentation & leadership skills.
