Demand Planning Specialist

What are the envisioned responsibilities?

• Prepare monthly sales budgets and rolling estimates
• Lead forecast & demand processes
• Analyze historical data, promo plans and sales trends
• Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy
• Schedule weekly forecast meetings with all related departments
• Analyze sales trends to foresee demand-related issues in an effective manner
• Conduct monthly and weekly meetings
• Follow up the availability of products in the warehouse and the Preparing monthly KPI report

Skills you need to perform well in this position?

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Passionate for numbers, data tables and graphics
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Experience in similar role
• Working experience with CRM/ERP tools
• Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques is a plus
• Teamwork & communication skills
