Responsibilities:
To provide support to customers via phone, mail, chat; Assisting them with solutions, counseling and offering information about the company’s policy and services provided
To ensure a high quality of the service, promoting the company with a positive and friendly attitude
To collect, store and manage data from both the customer and the company based on the procedures in place
To respect the company`s rules and regulations regarding the handling of data
Requirements:
Very good knowledge of English language- B2/C1 level- both in writing and speaking
Friendly attitude and proactively involved in assuring the happiness of the customers.
Fast thinker and ability to resolve situations as they come on the spot with focus on attention to details
Being comfortable collaborating with the team. Being proactive is a big plus (people skills is also a nice touch)
IT skills: Knowledge of IT programs as well as fast fingers for typing
Punctuality and attention to details
Previous experiences in customer support can be considered a plus
Willingness to work in shifts
Willingness to relocate to Romania
