Automation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop automated solutions using RPA tools and technologies
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and process owners to identify suitable processes for automation.
• Configure and script software robots using RPA tools (e.g., UiPath)
• Conduct thorough testing of the automated processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Integrate RPA solutions with existing systems, databases, APIs, and other technologies as needed.
• Document the design, development, and deployment phases of each automated process
• Monitor the performance of automated processes and bots on an ongoing basis.

We are looking for a candidate with:

• University degree or a student in Computer Science or related fields
• Experience with at least one RPA platforms, i.e. UIPath, Automation Anywhere
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and automation techniques for interacting with applications, databases, APIs, and web services
• Ability to create detailed process flowcharts, diagrams, and workflow documentation to illustrate the end-to-end automation process.
• Experience in integrating RPA solutions with various systems, databases, APIs, and services to enable seamless data exchang
• Understanding of database concepts, SQL querying, and data retrieval from databases as part of automation workflows.e.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving issues in automation scripts, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing performance.
