HR-Consulting, on behalf of its client, an international company, is looking for candidates to fill the position of a:  

Purchasing Employee 

Position responsibilities:
● Assisting the Purchaser in screening the market through available databases and the Internet
● Drawing up standard specifications for price requests
● Contacting suppliers
● Perform routine purchases (usually by telephone and/or electronically) based on detailed instructions to ensure the implementation of the purchasing policy of the organization
● Preparing and sending purchase orders
● Performing some controls and approvals linked to the accounting documents (invoices, …)
● Ensuring that the documentation regarding suppliers/products (quality documents, …) is continuously updated
● Updating and maintaining professional knowledge and technical skills in the area of purchasing.
Core competences:
● Accuracy and attention to details
● Strong organizational skills
● Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast pace environment
● Ability to work effectively in teams as well as independently

● Bachelor or University degree, preferably with knowledge in purchasing and/or administrative sphere
● Fluent in written and spoken English and/or French (both would be a strong asset)
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP – not mandatory) + We provide training
