UPQODE is seeking dynamic, sales-driven, and self-disciplined individual to join our team. You will work in a proactive role to build and sustain long-term relationships with customers in the IT Web Industry.



  • Proactively driving pipeline volume, accelerating the sales cycle and increasing conversion ratios
  • Managing and growing installed base and new client relationships
  • Lead sales process from prospecting through close including lead generation, client meetings, qualification, RFP’s, workshops, proposal and contract negotiation
  • Diligently track and manage all opportunities in TeamWave (CRM)
  • Validate client workflow and engage appropriate internal resources where necessary
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the company web services suite and competitive offerings
  • Collaborate with relevant management resources to drive product and messaging strategies to differentiate our solutions
  • Knowledge of web development process



  •  Sales or account management experience is a plus but not mandatory
  •  Customer Service experience is a plus but not mandatory
  •  Background in IT would be a plus but not mandatory



  •  Good English communication skills: oral and written
  •   Ability to work within a collaborative environment to achieve results
  •  Self-directed with attention to detail and strong time management skills
  •  Conducting needs assessments for clients
  •  Ability to evaluate and prioritize opportunities
  •  Cold calling
  •  Presentation skills
  •  Knowledge of accessing and using the Internet and MS Office tools
  •  Exceptional ambition combined with excellent teaming skills
