E-Commerce Customer Support
MTEAM is looking for English and German speakers that will support an E-Commerce platform, by dealing with customers world wide.
Our ideal candidate would be customer oriented team player, with excellent written skills.
The overall responsibility will be:
- Handle e-mails, ensure consistent productivity & quality of service and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Respond and resolve promptly to customer inquiries and complaints
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests
- Proficient in English & German (written and spoken)
- bi-lingual is a plus
- Able to multi-task
- Strong team player with commitment and a positive attitude
- The ability to think quickly, to make a recommendation or propose a solution to a customer's problem
