Client Service Manager
We are looking for a result oriented person as a Client Service Manager.
- Registration and processing of orders from customers
- Monitoring orders deadline
- Analysis of buyers’ complaints (payments, stock, credit-notes etc.)
- Good communications between production and other departments
- Optimal sales forecasting (with the sales department)
- Analysis of potential clients and of ordering
- Solving problems that might appear
- Monitoring payments
- Higher education
- Work experience min. 2 years (preferably in import / export)
- Good communication and negotiation skills in English ((at least B2 level), Russian and Romanian
- Knowledge of the business of transportation and customs clearance
- Analytical thinking
- Computer literacy (good command of Excel, 1C)
