To provide assistance in the activity of the Direction Committee of the Bank and to ensure the secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- The Executive Assistant’s main role is to provide activities related to office well-functioning and administrative responsibilities in assisting the CEO of the bank;
- Assures an efficient organization of meetings (providing agenda preparation, drawing up protocols);
- Communication support: handle all incoming e-mails, phone calls, inquiries as well as keeping evidence of in/out correspondence and routing it to the appropriate person when necessary;
- Keeping evidence, periodically updating and translating the reports and internal documents.
- University degree;
- Excellent oral and written English, Russian and Romanian skills;
- Advanced computer skills;
- Previous experience in similar positions will be a plus.
- Very good communication skills;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;
- Outstanding organizational, problem- solving and time management skills;
- Candidates should have an outgoing and positive personality;
