HR-Consulting, on behalf of its client, an international company, is looking for candidates to fill the position: 

Purchasing Assistant
About company:

One of the world’s leaders in biotechnology serving the food, feed, personal & health care and industrial markets. 

Main competences:
•          Accuracy and attention to details
•          Strong organizational skills

•          Bachelor or University degree with knowledge in economy, logistics, purchasing and/or administrative
•          Fluent in written and spoken English
•          Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel: Pivot table)

● Assist the Purchaser when screening the market through available databases and the Internet and when contacting suppliers to make quotations to ensure that you contribute towards an effective and efficient purchasing process.
● Prepare and send purchase orders to ensure that a timely and correct delivery can be guaranteed.
● Perform some controls and approvals linked to the accounting documents (invoices etc)
