Plant Quality Manager

HR-Consulting on behalf of his client, is looking for a highly professional candidate to fulfill the position of:

Plant Quality Manager

Main responsibilities:
•    Monitoring the execution of Quality Policy, its current goals and objectives;
•    Representing the company outside - customer audits and certification, quality talks;
•    Setting quality objectives and budget planning and compliance with its objectives;
•    Supervision of corrective actions: system, process and product audits, internal and external complaints;
•    Following inspection of production parts for the customer, supplier and production process;
•    Supervision of the implementation of preventive, corrective and improvement activities.

Education, experience and other key requirements:
•    Technical higher education;
•    At least 3 years of experience in Automotive Industry;
•    Proficiency use of Microsoft Office programs;
•    Proficiency use of English language, German language knowledge is a plus;
•    Familiar with the following tools and methods (FMEA, 8D, 5S, KPI, PDCA, SPC, MSA);
•    Strong organizational and management skills, competencies and project management skills to manage projects, processes, and the entire team.
