    Looking for a skilled AREA SALES REPRESENTATIVE in the are of VENTILATION SYSTEMS 

    We are targeting also intereseted candidates from Republic of Moldova, with experience in field sales area who consider relocation in Bucharest. Romanian citizenship is mandatory.
     Company Profile
    The employing company produces and brings to market ventilation solutions for warm-air heating and cooling that are designed for office areas, shops, retail facilities, school buildings, restaurants etc. The solutions and systems portfolio are addressing the need and trend in the area of energy and cost efficient design of the modern facilities.
     
    Responibilitie:

    Gets informed about the relevant market: potential clients companies, trends, news etc

    Prospects the market, identifies and approaches new potential clients,

    Establishes clients’ needs in relation to their activities and projects and equipment needs

    Identifies and proposes the optimal solutions and equipment to the clients

    Drafts and discusses the offer proposals with the clients

    Closes the sales and maintains the aftersales relationship with the clients

    Promotes company brand and products in the market

    Achieves the sales target

    Maintains a clear evidence of the clients and sales, reports the activity and results according to company procedures

     Profile:

    At least 3 years of B2B sales experience

    Result / achievement driven

    Technical skills / knowledge, preferable in HVAC or related area are important , however the strong sales skills and ethics will prevail

    Ability to learn quickly and be curious to continually learn things

    Ability to relate and adjust to a variety of audiences in the selling and communication processes

    Ability to logically, clearly and tactfully present facts, ideas and opinions

    Ability to negotiate

    English knowledge – at least intermediate level

    Driving licence B, and availability to travel throughout the country in the assigned territory
